Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Timeframe: You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at elegantwearshop@outlook.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item.
- Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as sales items, custom products.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at elegantwearshop@outlook.com. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Timeframe: Exchanges are subject to the same 10-day return window as returns.
Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged Items: If the item was damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs.
